There is a 10% discount for placing 10 bookings or more per year.

# DANCES & DISCOS AND 13 TO 18 PARTIES – SEE SPECIFICALLY CONDITION 1, 2 & 14 OF THE “PADBURY VILLAGE HALL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE”

You are kindly asked to leave the hall clean and tidy, to sweep the floor and take your rubbish away with you.   Please turn the heating and all lights off when you leave.

If you are having a large event or are unable to set up the hall for your function or clean it afterwards then our caretaker or cleaner can assist, if available, at an extra charge of £30 for each service.  This extra charge does not apply for weddings where these charges are included.

Please note there is Wi-Fi availability but no telephone facility in the hall.

EQUIPMENT HIRE:

  • The tables and chairs can be hired for use at other venues if they are not needed at the hall. The charge is £1 per chair and £2 per table per day or donation
  • Cups, saucers and plates may also be hired at a cost of £5 per day for sets of 20. Glasses £5 per day for 20 (plus a refundable deposit)

IF YOUR EVENT INVOLVES THE SALE OF ALCOHOL AND/OR A STAGE PERFORMANCE THEN THE ORGANISER MUST OBTAIN A TEMPORARY EVENT NOTICE FROM BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL.
